Beautiful Mediterranean Cottage on larger estate.

Built in 2016 by an architect for his parents to retire in, this guesthouse is accessory to a larger Mediterranean home, on an acre parcel. This 1,200 s.f. cottage includes all of the best amenities, with a progression of indoor to out doors paces. The cottage shares the acre property with the main residence, however it has a separate entry and driveway, and separate yard spaces. The cottage has private access to a heated saltwater pool, and spa, which is occasionally used by the main residence. Single carport with direct access to the unit, and additional parking to 2 to 3 other vehicles. The space features an indoor/outdoor room with with an adjacent secured outdoor patio. Good views of the ocean and immediate yard.

Wonderful spot! The cottage is very spacious, beautiful and well appointed. Everything you need, and more. The hosts are wonderful; had brownies waiting for us and wine in the fridge. We felt like we were in a fancy resort! We highly recommend this 'cottage' for your stay in Santa Barbara!

Lovely house with a view
We spent 4 nights in the very comfortable cottage. Our hosts were extremely helpful and communicative. The house was well-supplied, clean and quiet. Also, the views were amazing, both distant to the ocean and nearby to the birds at the feeder. We would love to stay here again.

Excellent retreat for small group
Wonderful accommodations exactly as advertised. Spent five nights there with my three sisters and enjoyed every second. Beautiful sunsets, hot tub, swimming pool, wonderfully comfortable beds. Everything we needed for a wonderful place to start and finish our days.

Heavenly Cottage
Santa Barbara offers great hiking and beaching and a perfect home-base for exploring places like Montecito, Ojai and Simi Valley. This scenic and peaceful cottage in the foothills is close to La Cumbre Plaza and all that Santa Barbara offers. We enjoyed coffee in the morning in the beautiful sunroom while watching the birds, and then returning to the well-appointed cottage to make dinner in the full kitchen and/or grill on the patio. The beds and bedrooms were perfect, and privacy was no issue at all. This experience was a 10 out of 10 with no problems at all.

A Sanctuary
A beautiful place tucked into the foothills with a comfortable outdoor space and an amazing view. Tom and Eileen were accommodating and responsive hosts. No one could be disappointed at choosing this cottage to spend time when visiting the Santa Barbara area.

4 adults stayed 5 nights. The home was sparkling clean and well appointed. The cabinet had basic spices and oils. The refrig also had some basic necessities.
