This newly renovated unit is perfect for small families and couples traveling to OC with numerous attractions and beaches close by. Walking distance to Downtown Santa Ana, with the best restaurants and bars around the corner and many family fun attractions for people of all ages!

Place can be used for business/family/couples. We have a secured one car parking space in the back and a front barbecue area that is separate. Spacious queen bed, a brand new washer and dryer, newly renovated bathroom, new kitchen, and luxurious living room. This place is great for small parties looking for a nice and luxurious getaway in OC.

Not What I Saw In The Pictures
Arrived close to midnight. Tired and wanted to relax. Not a pleasant welcome. A/C not working, dripping water/moldy. Cob webs throughout home. Dirty dishes with brown sticky buildup. Toilet dirty, dark yellow urine stains/hair. Vents full of lint/dirt buildup- not cleaned very long time. Trash already in trash bin found wet smelly towel sitting in washer… Not good first impression. Coffee maker was FULL of mold, not cleaned for a very long time. Couldn’t get myself to make my own coffee for the rest of the trip. Owner notified and sent cleaning lady same morning. Thank you, but should have been done prior to our arrival. One roll of toilet paper provided. Bring your own laundry soap. Some guy showed up in morning, walked around house but not sure what he did. Nothing fixed, not aware he would be there. Was there 10min. Saturday horrible night. Church across street having loud music and preaching at 11:30PM. No respect to neighbors trying to sleep. Neighborhood a little run down. Guest next door not aware sharing parking space and parked in middle of driveway. Woke her up at close to midnight to move car. She was upset. Won’t stay here. Pictures were pretty but reality is not represented in those pictures. I would remove beautiful from condo description. Just not well kept. Owner provided $50 refund. I expected a lot more from this rental but unfortunately very unsatisfied. Won’t stay here again.
