Cute spot for family vacation to Disney.
Overall, great communication with property manger who remedied the issue of no internet due to missing router. Comfortable beds, quick commute to Disney and nearby attractions.

Small but Swell
This was a good find! Originally what must have been a small house, it got split into a duplex. Makes for limited space and a risk for a lot of noise from folks on the other side or neighbors. The weekend got a little loud but we managed! Air conditioning worked well in most of the rooms. The shower was great snd all utilities were supwr handy. Car parking was very useful. It was a central location but a hectic neighborhood. The place was clean and had some decent kitchen stuff. There was mention of a hot tub on the list but there isnt one kn the property. There was a washer dryer available but we didnt end up using it. Overall it was a solid stay! The owner was extremely helpful and accessible with every question and concern. We would probably stay there again!

Worst experience
This is was one of the worst experiences we have had with a vacation rental. There are ants in the property, the dryer does not work. The communication with the property owner is terrible. While staying here the keypad to the door died I messaged the owner at 10 am to let him know to which he responded he would get it fixed. When we returned that night at 10 pm it had not been fixed and we were locked out. Tried contacting the property owner which he did not respond, we ended up having to get a hotel for the night we did not have any of our belongings as they were in the rental. I tried messaging the owner again the next morning to which he responded it would be fixed at some point during the day. I informed him that we had an event that we had to be at, at a certain time the following day and needed our belongings that were inside, the owner did not seem to care at all about the situation. Needless to say we ended up having to miss our event that we traveled there for due to this situation.I would not recommend renting from this property owner ever

Beach trip
Jorge the host was amazing! The only thing that made our short trip difficult was the washer/dryer combo one machine - didn’t work well. A small load would take 3 hours and still be soaking wet. It was a holiday weekend so I didn’t want the host to have to call someone out. So highly recommend this unit but prepare for the washer.
