This is a beautiful hotel. The perfect combination of modern and colonial eras. You feel trasported back in time without giving up the modern necessities. Which for me are AC and hot water 🙂. Staff is super friendly and always willing to help.

Charming True Hacienda Style Hotel
Hotel DeGraciela is a beautiful hacienda with friendly and attentive staff. I recommend the room upstairs if you want more space and view. This room has a cozy balcony, many windows, 2 full bathrooms and 2 rooms-very comfortable for family of 4.

we were so pleasantly surprised by this charming hacienda hiding behind non-descript gray walls. Check-in was quick and the service impeccable. Our room wasn’t fancy but it had everything that we need. The bathroom was small but charming and we appreciate the little touches of real flower her and there. We had a private table set up for us in the courtyard for breakfast. Only wished we could have stayed another night and that a planned marathon didn’t start their techno music at 4:30am in the morning. Other than that, it was perfection. Centrally located, too!

Amazing hotel. Close to everything. Staff goes above and beyond to help. Needed a hair salon. Got an appointment right away and walked us to it. Made sure our stay was an amazing experience. Nice big rooms. Hotel has such charm. Will definitely stay here if we come back to Ataco. Plenty of stores and shops in walking distance. There is a lot of construction around the hotel But the staff helped us get around and park our car in a gated parking lot. Again the staff is amazing here. We don’t speak Spanish so had to use google translator for everything and the staff was so patient and made sure we got what we wanted. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

The staff was amazing since we arrived. I can’t described how welcome they made us feel. The rooms and the atmosphere at this place was so peaceful that we didn’t want to leave . I love how closed it is to the plaza and how easy is to walk to restaurants and shopping places. We definitely will recommend this place without a doubt.
