"The staff is always professional, the lobby is active and inviting. Great value for a clean room, close to the train station. Even though it’s a busy place, the rooms are amazingly well-insulated from any noise. The coffee machine didn’t work but the staff made up for this. I recommend getting g caffe from the bar. "

"Nice hotel in a really handy area, close to what we needed. Despite central location it was quiet and we got a good nights sleep. Lovely rooftop bar but recommend booking. We did get a nice spot after only waiting around 10 minutes. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. The only slight criticism was that room was a little on the small side but we were only passing through and staying 1 night so was fine for us"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were expecting average from the reviews but we were pleasantly suprised. Online check in was easy so we could arrive straight to the room. The room was spacious and very clean as well as the bathroom. We had the upper level with a balcony which had a view of the canals and bridge below which was really nice. "The apartment was incredibly comfortable. The air, the wifi, the beds, all A quality!! The check in process was easy and the staff were super helpful. Rooms separate with a door which was great! "The hotel is outstanding, much better than anticipated. It was somewhat harder to find the door at night because it is in a side street, extremely closed to Piazza San Marco. If you are a light sleeper, you might have an issue with the church bell during the night. Room had a nespresso coffee machine and an electric tea kettle with different selections of tea. The room was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a dream. Highly recommend! "

"Pros-Felt very safe on site, easy breakfast option In the buffet and they have a restaurant on site. Our chalet unit had a cute little kitchen so self catering was available but only utensils and Wasing facilities supplied. Very easy to book a shuttle to Venice island but it's only a 15min drive over if you've a car. Con-only if your a light sleeper the campsite is fairly close to a major highway roundabout so can be loud with traffic at night if your a light sleeper sensetive to noise ear...
