There were 14 of us and still there was plenty of room and loads of places both inside the villa and around the property to wander off to if you wanted to get away and be on your own. "We came to enjoy the Marche and it's beaches but spent most of our time at the property. The pool is large and the house has lots of shady areas to escape the heat of the day. There are large tables for outdoor eating, good Internet for working from home or entertaining the kids, and plenty of rooms indoors to choose from. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in.
