"We loved staying here. The view is spectacular. The house had everything we needed, and even lots of spare dishes, utensils. It can comfortably accommodate a couple with 2 kids (they would share a room) Parking is very close, just up the steps above the house. The drive to the beaches is short. The supermarket is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again"

"2 adults and 2 kids at 8 and 10. Lovely home with a great little pool and excellent location with a marvelous view of the bay. Well equipped and AC units in all bedrooms. Close to great restaurants and stores. I would not recommend for families with very young children, older people with balance or walking issues or very tall people due to lower ceilings in staircases etc. Overall a really great week for us."

"We had the most wonderful 2 weeks! The villa is gorgeous and the views are incredible. It’s a brilliant location for exploring some incredible beaches and coves. "We had a nice time. The location is as advertised, the views are terrific. When we first came the place was quite dusty and very hot (seems almost as if nobody was expecting us) but thanks to air-conditioning and a broom I found on the back porch we took care of this. "Villa Clizia is a lovely place to stay near the beach and now with the option of using a fully fenced swimming pool that is shared with the owner's place behind. Unfortunately the palm tree is no more. Cannigione is a nice, quiet, unpretentious town in the amazing north of Sardinia. Laconia is a 15 minute walk from Cannigione and has at least three good restaurants and a very nice beach."

"We enjoyed being in Costa Paradiso. The website description is accurate. During July, it was very hot and we had to sleep with windows and doors closed because of mosquitoes. Which we had selected a house with A/C (our fault). There is also a sewer smell that comes from the drains each afternoon. It was bad. Be sure to put drain plugs in each morning. Hosts offered to move us but we had already booked something else."

Our host Eveline was lovely and on the first night gave us lots of information about the island, she also helped to organise boat hire for us. Fruit and vegetables that they were growing were freely available and the many dogs and other animals on site provided other produce and great entertainment. Car hire is a must here as the property is a fair way from any amenities. We were there in August and the villa was cooler than outside but...
