The unit is fully tiled, real wooden doors, (floor) heating, double glazing, fly screen protection, air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. Satellite TV. Washing machine use possible. Private parking for 2 cars. Bike rental possible. Dogs are welcome.
The location of the house is on the outskirts. Restaurants, supermarkets, fruit and vegetable shops, doctors and pharmacy in town. Everything within walking distance between 3 - 10 minutes. Nearest hospital in Carbonia (approx. 25 km).
The underfloor heating for the cool winter and spring days. This time is ideal for hiking lovers, cyclists, mountain bikers and people who want to go for walks on the beach and at the foot of the mountain in a mild, Mediterranean climate.
For the summer and all sun worshipers as well as beach holidays there are a variety of bathing beaches in the immediate vicinity that invite you to swim and relax. The nearest beach is Porto Pino and 6 km away.
The golf bay is about 4 km long. The fine sandy beach goes gently into the crystal clear water; ideal for families with small children.

Due settimane di vacanza relax in famiglia con 3 bambini piccoli. Ottima ospitalità di Francesco, il proprietario sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste e prezioso con i suoi consigli. La casa in posizione strategica per le numerose splendide spiagge della zona ha una spaziosa zona giorno con cucina attrezzata e delle ampie camere. Aria condizionata fortunatamente visto il caldo eccezzionale di quest'estate. Consigliato per una vacanza al mare in famiglia.

Top Hospitality and beautiful sea all around !
We truly appreciated our stay in Franco’s house : top Hospitality and well equiped house ! All around you can Go everyday on a different beach, all are beautiful ...stunning ! Porto Pino, Tuerredda, Sant’Antioco Island etc... 30/40 minutes by car! We will definitely come back asap !
