Casa Barbarina is a house on two floors furnished with care, located in a newly built residential complex, just 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Porto Pino.
On the ground floor there is a large and bright living area with kitchen and bathroom with shower, second bathroom on the first floor, large double bedroom, twin bedroom with large closet. Possibility of adding a fifth adult bed and a baby bed complete with linens.
Casa Barbarina has a private garden with barbecue, table and chairs, overlooking the communal gardens fully fenced. Shops and beaches within walking distance.

Perfect Holiday
Vom Ferienhaus, das sehr gut gelegen ist, über die Restaurants bis hin zum Strand war alles super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder nach Porto Pino in dieses Haus fahren

wir sind nun schon das 2. Mal in diesem Haus in den Ferien. Es war wieder sehr sauber und ruhig. Leider gibts immer noch kein Wlan. Dafür hatten wir eine Katze :-)

Très bonnes vacances
Maison idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances. Elle est très bien équipée y compris pour les bébés (même si nous n'avons pas eu besoin nous avons vu qu'il y a tout ce qu'il faut). La plage est à 15 minutes à pied (20 minutes si on veut le sable et la mer pour nous tout seuls !). La mise à disposition de vélos est une excellente idée mais ils sont un peu vetustes. Très bon sejour, exactement comme nous l'imaginions.

Schönes Ferienhaus und toller Strand
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im Juni 2017 in Casa Barbarina. Linda ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin und stand uns bei allen Rückfragen schnell und freundlich zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, voll klimatisiert und Teil einer schönen und gut gepflegten Ferienanlage. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar und in der Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Läden (z.B. Metzger und Souvenierladen) und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Wir waren mit einem zweijährigen Kleinkind unterwegs und es standen uns Reisebett, Kindergeschirr und auch ein bisschen Spielzeug zur Verfügung. In dem kleinen Garten kann man Abends gemütlich grillen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wir haben uns am schönen Strand von Porto Pino und in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Casa Barbarina "What else"
Ho soggiornato presso casa Barbarina con mia moglie e con i miei tre figli. La casa è accogliente, spaziosa, molto ben attrezzata, moderna, ordinata ed in perfetta efficienza. Il giardino interno consente di poter far stare in tutta tranquillità i bambini ed i servizi necessari sono a portata di mano. Anche se non l’abbiamo conosciuta di persona abbiamo avuto modo di apprezzare la cortesia e la disponibilità di Linda, la proprietaria. Consiglio vivamente tale struttura per un soggiorno piacevole, rilassante e con un mare da favola raggiungibile a piedi.

Posto tranquillo
Casa Barbarina a Porto Pino e' una villetta su due piani di media dimensione ideale per un soggiorno rilassante e tranquillo, anche con bambini. Il piccolo giardinetto all'esterno con barbecue e tavolo per 6 persone e' molto comodo anche per i bambini che possono giocare fuori. Mancano solo 2 sdraio . La scala che porta alle camere da letto e' un po' ripida per i bambini piccoli ma comunque c'e un corrimano che aiuta. Comodi i negoziett i a due passi e anche la passeggiata per andare al mare.La posizione e' veramente vicina alle 2 isole S.Antioco e S.Pietro, molto belle e tranquille. Il mare della seconda spiaggia e pulito , colori stupendi e trasparenti, nonché le dune raggiungibili a piedi camminando sulla battigia. Tornerei volentieri se facessi un'altra vacanza a Porto Pino. Familiare e aperto
Ci siamo sentiti come "a casa nostra". La casa é carina, spaziosa, pulita e luminosa. Adatto per una famiglia con 2-3 bambini (piccoli), possibilità di fare la spesa, prendere un caffè, mangiare un spuntino/gelato, edicola e souvenir dietro l'angolo. Nell abitazione c'é un giardino e altri bambini da giocare. Porto Pino dá la possibilità di scegliere fra spiaggie differente adatte ai bambini, tutte da pochi minuti di distanza (con macchina). C'é Il porto, pizzerie, locali con musica al vivo, gelaterie, c'é di tutto. Abbiamo trascorso una giornata con un pescatore, mangiato polpo fresco, pesciolini, fatto il bagno in mezzo al mare. É stata una bella vacanza tranquilla e rilassante.

Vacanza perfetta.
Abbiamo trascorso proprio una bella vacanza in questa casa. E' arredata con molta cura fin nei particolari e attrezzatissima (anche libri, guide turistiche e giochi per bambini!); corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione dell'annuncio. Qui il mare è a poca distanza, ed è un mare bellissimo. In spiaggia c'è gente, ma non è mai affollata. Abbiamo trovato anche ottimi ristoranti nella zona. Torneremo senz'altro!

Abbiamo trovato la casa a...
Abbiamo trovato la casa accogliente e ben attrezzata per ospitare una famiglia. Il primo impatto positivo è stato confermato giorno dopo giorno dalle piacevoli sorprese che si incontravano: i calici per il vino, vari cestini e panieri, buone pentole, sedie da esterni comode e resistenti, … La casa pulita, ordinata, raffinata ha contribuito a farci trascorrere una piacevole settimana, come anche il contesto, tranquillo e silenzioso, e la buona vicinanza ai servizi di prima necessità ed alla spiaggia. La disposizione delle case del complesso residenziale facilita la socializzazione con i vicini e, se si è fortunati, come siamo stati noi, si possono trascorrere piacevoli serate in compagnia facendo gustose grigliate con il barbecue. Consigliamo di non perdere questa occasione.

Io e la mia famiglia abbi...
Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Barbarina e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è nuova, ben arredata e molto pulita. Comodo il giardino privato con barbecue, e anche il giardino comune dove i nostri bimbi hanno potuto giocare in tranquillità ogni sera. Il mare di Porto Pino è molto bello, la vita serale non particolarmente animata, ma è molto rilassante.
