nice stay

beautifull complete house, comuncation was a little sturdy because we do not speak italian and the host does not speak any other language. note, aircoditioning is not included, but it is not expensive

Beautiful vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation Sant‘Anna Arresi! The location is ideal for the beaches and other famous areas such as the beach dunes, Sugar Hut, … The house is very nice and comfortable! Only our recommendations to the check-in next time: please inform the guests in advance by when is the house is clean for check in! We informed that we arrived between 3 and 4 pm but when we came at 4:30 pm, the house was still not available for check in!!! But everything is fine, Milva and her husband are very friendly! We will come back Matthias

Wohnung großzügig, sauber. Fahrt zum Objekt etwas holprig da eher steiniger Feldweg, aber machbar

Leider Hunde dort und im Ort sehr bellfreudig, auch nachts. Vermieter können leider kein englisch oder deutsch, waren sehr bemüht wenn es um Gasherd und Ofen ging. Freundlich wurden wir empfangen und verabschiedet. Mülltrennung in ganz Sardinien für uns kompliziert.

Unterkunft mit Ausblick

Die Unterkunft ist am Rande von Sant Anna Arresi gelegen. Den Stadtkern erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von ca. 15 Minuten. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Ausstattung der Wohnung, so wie der Balkon von dem aus man perfekt den Sonnenuntergang sehen kann. Mit dem Auto erreicht man außerdem innerhalb von 15-30 Minuten diverse wunderschöne Strände.

Große und sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Als sieben Personen Familie hatten wir sehr viel Platz. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Durften die Außenanlage mitbenutzen.

Unbeschreiblich. Oben auf dem Hügel. Der Wind. Die Aussicht. Der wunderschöne Garten. Die Sonnenuntergänge. Die Wohnung ein Traum. Milva und ihr Ehemann immer hilfsbereit, gut gelaunt und zu einem kleinen Gespräch zur Stelle. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Einfach nur schön!!

Die sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung bietet mit ihren zwei tollen Terrassen alle Möglichkeiten für einen entspannten, erholsamen Urlaub: Sonne, Beschattungen, Insektenschutz, herrlicher Panoramablick. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und wir wurden mit köstlichem eigenem Obst von ihnen verwöhnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nochmals vielen Dank!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in netten Ambiente

Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ein super Ausblick. Man sehr schön auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Leider haben uns die Ziegen nicht geweckt, wie in einer vorherigen Bewertung bemängelt wurde 😁

Geräumige Wohnung mit 2 grossen Veranden.Alle erdenklichen Küchengeräte und beste Ausstattung. 180 Grad Rundumblick auf Ort, Berge und Meer. Ortsnähe, aber schwierig zu finden. Nette Gastgeber. Negativ: Aussengelände nicht beleuchtet.

Nice place, kind people speaking ONLY italian

We stayed at Molina's appartment for 10 days in 7 people. The accommodation was nice, quite big, clean ... incl. 3 terasses and garden if needed. Enough place I would say. The house is typical Sardinian which contains also almost new kitchen with everything you need. Every room had own air condition (even consumption is paid extra). The only negative was that close to us were goats with rings which woke us every morning. The owners speaks only italian, so the communication was difficult on both sides, but in the end everything was perfect. We recommend!

Abbiamo condiviso la casa in 2 famiglie. 4 adulti e 4 ragazzi. La casa è grande e spaziosa e con un terrazzo da cui si gode di una vista fantastica. La cucina è nuova ed è tutto funzionante. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La consiglio.

Perfect!

This was our second time staying at Milva’s and we loved it this time round as well! We had three spacious bedrooms (with two bathrooms) and a separate kitchenette/living room area. Everything was clean and tidy on arrival, Milva and her husband greeted us themselves. The house has a terrace with a spectacular view and the garden is truly beautiful. Porto Pino beach is about 10 minutes away by car. You can walk, but I wouldn’t recommend it in the heat. The only drawback is that the wifi connection is very weak and you have to get the password from the town. But it’s the same everywhere that we have stayed in the area. Also, not a lot people speak English, only Italian. So that’s something to have in mind. But other than that, S’ant Anna Arresi and Porto Pino are heaven on earth. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

abbiamo soggiornato nell''appartamento x tre settimane nel mese di giugno. la casa con un bellissimo giardino situata sotto le colline è tenuta veramente bene e pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario compresa la biancheria sia da camera che da bagno. Milva e Gianpiero, i proprietari, sono persone squisite e disponibili, sempre pronte a fornirci informazioni, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Per le colazioni e le cene sono a disposizione due terrazze con panorama incantevole. E' stato un soggiorno veramente piacevole, speriamo di ritornarci. Un abbraccio a Milva e Gianpiero da Gianni e compagnia

vacanza bellissima

Ci siamo goduti il nostro soggiorno in Casa Ginepro. Ci sono tutte le cose necessarie e la vista sul mare dal balcone grande é bellissima , tuttavia al tramonto. I proprietari sono molto gentili e sempre pronti per aiutarci. Grazie per tutto!

Buongiorno ho soggiornato per due settimane casa favolosa non manca davvero nulla,noi solitamente andiamo in casa e per abitudine ci portiamo tutto,posso dirvi che delle mie cose non ho utilizzato nulla dalle lenzuola alle tovaglie.....fornitissima pulitissima credeti ottimo prezzo per essere in Sardegna....ma sopratutto la gentilezza dei proprietari è straordinaria....ci ritornerò sicuramente .....tutto vicino al centro quindi basta un costume creme e partire

Bellissima casa

Le immagini sul sito non esprimono pienamente la bellezza di questa casa. Immersa in un grande giardino e posizionata ai piedi della collina permette di godere di un panorama stupendo, da Sant'Antioco fino alle dune della spiaggia di Porto Pino. L' appartamento e' davvero grande e ben curato, la tranquillita' e' garantita. I proprietari, per nulla invadenti, sono sempre disponibili e di una gentilezza unica. Esperienza piu' che positiva.

Incantevole

La casa, circondata da una bellissima macchia mediterranea, nel silenzio gode di una vista meravigliosa, ed è sempre presente una piacevole brezza, che allevia la calura estiva, tanto da rendere inutile l'aria condizionata, di cui è dotata. L'appartamento è decisamente grande: tre matrimoniali ampie, due bagni, un grande living con area cucina e due ampie terrazze (una delle due e stata costantemente usata per le ns cene). Tutto è molto curato e pulito. Milva a Piero, i proprietari, sono estremamente attenti a questi aspetti, oltre a prodigarsi in ogni modo, per rendere quanto più possibile piacevole il soggiorno. E' disponibile un barbecue e un parcheggio all'ombra degli olivi per l'auto. Tutte le più belle spiagge e calette dell'area, sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti in auto o scooter. Infine, Sant'anna Arresi è un paesino curato, pulito ed i suoi abitanti sono delle persone di squisita gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia. Noi ci torneremo sicuramente.

bellissima casa in ottima posizione

la casa, immersa in un curato giardino che rivela l'amore della simpatica proprietaria per le piante, è molto bella e ben posizionata al limitare del paese.L'appartamento al I piano è molto spazioso, tranquillo e ben arredato, con due bellissime terrazze panoramiche che invitano a godere le serate accompagnati dallo scampanellio delle pecore in lontananza. Consigliata anche per la strategica posizione ottima per visitare sia l'iglesiente che la costa del sud.

Comoda,silenziosa,spaziosa e accessoriata

Vacanza ottima! Casa stupenda, pulita,spaziosa , tranquillità assoluta. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le più belle spiaggie ,vista mozzafiato dalle due terrazze .giovani proprietari disponibili, simpatici e di compagnia . È già la seconda volta che vado e ci ritornerò il prossimo anno !
