"Lovely hotel, room was beautiful. Was initially concerned when there were no curtains. As I’m a light sleeper, was worried about light coming in - but it was fine. I did find the room a little cold, my husband found it hot! But the room was gorgeous. We stayed in the deluxe conte. It had a lounge area, the bathroom was huge. "Only stayed 1 night and the water boiler broke so we had no hot water to shower the day of our flight back to New York. Water was freezing cold! Never had any other issues and this was our 4th stay here…"

"An excellent location near the train station. In a quiet canal, with bars and restaurants. The suite was lovely. As pictured with a Venetian balcony. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. About 30 min walk to st marks, due to crowds. "

"The concierge Alberto was so welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and directions on how to use the vaporettos to get around the lagoon. Hotel was also centrally located near places to see. Such a pleasant and relaxing stay."

"Property is excellent in a perfect location to catch a train but not in the main drag of tourist. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were spacious and clean. I would definitely come back here it was perfect for our family of four. Staff was great and very helpful."

"I travel a lot and this was the best hotel, service, experience in a decade at least. Everyone that works at this hotel was exceptional. They treat you as if you are the only guest in their home. A special call out to Fabio who went above and beyond from day one. I will only at this hotel when going to Venice again. It is absolutely the best"

"Charming! Not too far from the train station and close to some shops and restaurants. Main points of interest are walkable or you can take the water taxi which isn’t far. This was my second stay here and I would go back again!"
