This holiday home is in Parc Residencial Empúries region of Catalonia in Spain. It can accommodate up to 9 guests and has 4 spacious bedrooms. It is perfect for a large family or for a group that wants to spend time holidaying on the Spanish Coast.

Only 500 M from the sandy beach, it is located in the middle of Bay of Roses. The places to visit nearby are Aiguamolls Emporda, the ruins of Sant Marti d'Empuries, the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres and nature park Cap de Creus.

The home has bedrooms with balcony, there is a covered terrace downstairs with a barbecue. It has a private pool and a double indoor garage.

The nearest airport is the Girona Airport which is at a distance of 45 KM. Town center is 1.5 KM away and the train station is 20 KM away; restaurants, tourist information and river is 1 KM away.

The House is very beautiful and big, the pool is also very nice too swim in or just to cool off. The neighbourhood is very calm and pretty and the sunsets at the beach are very adorable. We really liked the stay over in this house, because our big dogs had much space and we could really relax on this holiday. We were 6 people, but there’s for sure space for 2 more people so it’s very good! We give 4 stars, because the house could need some small touch ups, like for example the grating infront of the main door is hard to open and close. The shower by the pool isn’t working aswell. Overall, even with these small things, we really likes our stay in the house and we look forward to come back!

We stayed at the house for a week in June and overall, we enjoyed our time there. The house has a lot of potential and is beautifully located, surrounded by picturesque landscapes that are perfect for walks and excursions. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, and the tranquility of the surroundings contributes to a relaxing experience. However, the house was somewhat sparsely equipped. Some basic amenities that would have made the stay more comfortable were missing. Additionally, some of the furniture and furnishings appeared outdated and worn, which detracted from the overall impression of the house. It would be great if some modernizations could be made in the future. Another issue was that the Wi-Fi did not work during our entire stay. Since we needed to do some work, this was quite frustrating. A functioning internet connection is really essential nowadays. Despite these inconveniences, we had a good time and see a lot of potential in this house, especially if some of the mentioned issues are addressed. It is definitely a place with charm and promising possibilities for future guests.

The villa was perfect for 9 of us (4 adults & 5 kids), great lay out and swimming pool, close to the beach & the campsite supermarket was surprisingly good. Nearby San Pere Pescador was a 5 minute drive with good shops, cafes etc. The air conditioning was brilliant throughout the villa which was very much appreciated. Sadly we were not informed that linen package, that we'd booked in advance, was to be paid for in cash and collected when the keys were collected. Having got to the villa we then had to call LYM to get them to bring linen to the house which took a couple of hours. In this day and age of credit cards and contactless payment it was very frustrating to have to pay €180 in cash & not be payable online or via a card over the phone. Also the WiFi was terrible. Considering the villa sleeps up to 9 people, we expected a router that could cope with a few devices connecting to it. One of our party had a work video call & had to cycle to another location to get good signal. The kitchen was well equipped but the crockery & cutlery was old & stained or chipped The dishwasher needs a really good clean, most of the crockery was covered in a film of salt and felt quite dirty, even though we used the hottest programme to run the dishwasher. Many of the glasses are stained beyond cleaning too A few lights didn't work or needed new bulbs - maybe they could be checked more frequently? The pool became very cloudy & dirty after 5 days but the LYM team quickly sent a pool maintenance team round to clean it which was great. All in all a good villa but could be so much better with a few improvements.

Huis is in slechte staat. Plafonds hebben schade van lekkages, douchekoppen hangen op half zeven, schimmel in de badkamers, roest op de zwembadmeubels. Maar het ergste was dat de lampen in het zwembad kortsluiting maakten en…. Dat de airco zo enorm lekte in 1 slaapkamer dat het plafond en de muur zeiknat waren met eenngeote plas op de vloer en vieze bruine strepen op de miur. Bleek dat de buizen niet aangesloten waren. We zijn zeer ontstemd dat dit huis überhaupt met deze giga lekkage verhuurd kon worden! eigenaar en beheerder geven geen enkele reactie!!! Niet huren.

Das Haus und Schwimmbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schöne Lage. Für Hunde passt sehr gut, darf auch zum Strand. Was hat mir nicht gefallen: das Gartenmöbel zu wenig waren und unbequeme Liegen. Ich empfehle das Haus für 2-3 Familien mit Kinder, passt sehr gut. Wenn wir wieder mit 7-8 Leute zusammen sind, gerne wieder zurück.

Semaine de vacances très agréable et reposante. Emplacement très calme à cette période. Maison luxueuse et superbe, mais prestations internes pas toujours à la hauteur. Quelques points d'amélioration : - manque produits ménagers et de première nécessité pour cuisiner - le ménage certainement vite fait, pas de sac poubelle, problème avec les chasse-d'eau. - manque de plats pour cuisiner au four - système de verrouillage de la maison (grilles) difficile, serrures grippées , idem portail et portillon extérieurs - La cafetière défectueuse, s'arrête toutes les 2 minutes Globalement très belle maison et très spacieuse, très bonne literie, double garage très appréciable. Villa très agréable et quartier très calme
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans une maison très agréable avec une piscine très bien adaptée pour les enfants (2 niveaux d’eau) et à deux pas de la mer. Les gérants de la maison ont été extrêmement disponible et d’une grande réactivité.

De ligging van de villa ligt perfect, vlak ernaast ligt het strand en tegenover ligt de supermarkt voor lekkere broodjes. Zwembad is groter dan verwacht maar kan niet worden afgedekt waardoor er continue bladeren en vuil in komt. De villa is verder zeer gehorig, je hoort echt alles. Bedden waren zeer onconfortabel alleen de vering zat er nog in, advies om eigen kussens mee te nemen !!

Nous aurions prefere retirer les clefs dans la maison afin qu une présentation globale du fonctionnement soit faite. Belle maison. Piscine agréable, canapé et transat dehors appréciable. Un manque en cuisine d ustensiles et de vaisselle pour 8 personnes Bols, mugs, couverts à revoir. Et l environnement très calme Barbecue dehors désuet une plancha électrique plus adéquate.
