"This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. My friend's room was facing the church, and they rang the bell at night, like every hour, disturbing their sleep. The...

"Wonderful property that's close to old town site seeing but not loud that can happen if you're in the middle of everything. Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. "The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months. "Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist. "

"A beautiful property situated on the shore of a pond in the center of town. The villa is beautifully restored, and the adjacent restaurant has terrific views. The rooms are located in a nearby building. The rooms are modern and snazzy, perhaps a bit too much. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large, but it was difficult, nearly impossible, to close and open the sliding door to the bathroom. By no means a show-stopper, but a bit more thought should have been put into designing the bathroom...

"Nos alojamos con 7 amigos durante un fin de semana largo y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. la propiedad es hermosa y perfecta para un grupo. ¡Nuestro favorito era la gran piscina fresca de manantial de montaña! La anfitriona fue muy amable e incluso nos trajo tomates y pepinos frescos de su jardín. Antes de irnos, recorrió el resto de la enorme casa que también se puede alquilar. "Nous avons passé de superbes vacances d'été en famille. La maison est exceptionnelle avec ses 6 chambres. Mon papa ne supportant pas la chaleur, il a pu se ressourcer à l'étage dans le salon climatisé, nous ne la mettions même pas en bas mais elle fonctionne très bien. Beaucoup d'équipements, de vaisselle, tout est pensé pour fonctionner en famille nombreuse. De 3 ans à 60 ans en passant par les ados, chacun a pu se créer des merveilleux souvenirs en famille. Luxury cabin is amazing

"There was a change in hotel management during our stay. As the new managers were moving into their own accommodations, the main portion of the hotel was closed. Therefore this review is based only upon our stay in the luxury cabin: Positives: - The room is spectacular with amazing views - Bed is extremely comfortable. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in while travelling Europe. - Location is fantastic. Very quiet and near a donkey sanctuary. - With the restaurant being closed, the new managers provided us with a basket of food to prepare in the in-suite kitchen. - Short walk to town and all the trails - Swimming pool right outside the door of the suite. If the hotel is running at full capacity, I am not sure if this is private but it was for us which was fantastic. - New management was very friendly and accommodating. Negatives: - None If you travel to Rupit and want to spend a couple of nights, Santa Llucia is the best choice. "
