Villa Las Rosas is in a great location, close to the seafront and amenities of S'Algar. A choice of restaurants and shops are within a short walk and the nearest beach is a short drive away at Cala Alcaufar. This charming 3 bedroom house is bright and airy, with a great pool area. It also includes WiFi as well as air conditioning/heating in the double bedroom, lounge and hall.

Villa Las Rosas is in a good central location, a short walk from the facilities and seafront of S'Algar. A number of shops, cafes and restaurants are all at your fingertips. S'Algar also has a children's play park and popular diving centre. The rocky seafront is ideal for sunbathing, but the nearest sandy beach is located at Cala Alcaufar, 5 minutes' drive from your villa.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
