"Pleasant 22 night stay but far too many unruly small children for us and parents don't care what they are up to, running around dining room, sliding along reception floor and screaming so despite several visits before want be returning. Food also cold at meal times (when should have been hot). Gone downhill since last visit. Most staff helpful. "

As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. Diesbezüglich war das Hotel auch wirklich das richtige, da das Hotel recht klein war und wir wirklich sehr nett von Jessica während unseres Aufenthalts betreut wurden. "This was our 3rd time at this hotel.The entertainment team were excellent for the children always trying to include them in all activities. I found the bar staff and restaurant staff quite surly.whilst this is good value for a 3star hotel it would benefit from a much better air conditioning system and better sunbeds around the pool as most had been repaired or were broken.also the food was more than adequate for adults in our family (4) but not much choice for the children (3)."
