Amazing staff. Great energy and very thoughtful. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The food was great, the atmosphere was great … and did I mention the the staff was excellent 👌

Excellent location and clean room and staffs were very kind.Especially all kind of free coffees and drinking water were very helfful and convient so that we didn't have to buy and carry heavy waters.

Scratch pad Hotel was about 5 min walk from the T3 tram line, which was good. However the cleanliness of the room, specifically the bathroom was not very good. Their were hairs in the sink and on the floor. Which made me wonder about the rest of the
Please be aware about pick pockets all over Barcelona. We let down our guards and my purse was stolen with Passport, Cadh, Credits Cards, Driver’s License and many other things. The Police do next to nothing and even refused to file our report fast
