"The location is less than 1/3 mile from the Lesseps station of the L3 Green line, very easy to get around without being in the middle of the chaos. There are several restaurants and grocery stores within a block Felt completely safe in this building, with 3 locking doors between our room and the street. All in all we definitely give this apartment 5 stars!!"

"It was nice to have the space of the 2 bedroom apartment, would have been really nice to have a larger TV (I think it was a 17 inch screen) with some English speaking channels, I think the only one we had was a Wilderness Survival channel/Hunting channel.. We had a washing machine but were expecting a dryer as well, but there was none, only a drying rack which worked out OK. We felt the building was safe and secure. We did not use the kitchen facilities to cook though they looked adequate."

"Had to wait 20 mins outside apartment before host arrived. No basic amenities available, such as bars of soap. Only 1 half used toilet roll left. Only 1 towel per person provided for 3 nts stay. First used the shower on 2nd night and it was blocked and water leaked out of shower door, water flooded bathroom and ran in to living room. Contacted owner ASAP and was told that if the wooden floor was damaged I would get charged! Shower unusable and I was told to mop the water up. Eventually...

"Spent 6 nights and it was great. The location is convenient. 5-6 mins walk from two subways, a big market just around the corner, La Rambla is just 5-6 mins away. It gets a bit sketchy at night with homeless people in front of the building but there’s a police station 2 mins from the hotel. Inside the hotel feels safe with the key operated main door. The room was ok with all essential amenities. The rooftop will be very nice to hang out when the weather is warm. GREAT 360’ view of the city including Sagrada Familia and other main attractions. All staffs were very friendly and professional. Even offered to store my luggages for few days while I would come back to the hotel in the future."
