"The apartment was roomy and historic architecture. It was clean and a good location near the old inner city and downtown within walking distance. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator and for someone with problem knees or backs, hard to manage. The parking was hard to find in a college area and expensive in a parking area ($29€ per night). So nice location and handy to stores and restaurants and the old historic city but hard to manage for elderly."

"There were 6 in our group, ranging from 17 to almost 60. The apartment has 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (pictures were very accurate). We walked to everything… shopping, historic sites, cafes and restaurants, markets!! It was the perfect spot for us and the management group was easy to work with and quick to respond when we had a small issue with the AC unit. Highly recommend but do be aware that this unit is on the 4th floor and there’s no lift. We got used to it after a few days...

"First of all, I have to say one night in Olot is not long enough, but Lia and Enric were fantastic hosts and made sure we made the most of our short visit. The flat is fantastic and I can’t imagine a better location. The pool is WONDERFUL. The whole building is magical and comfortable and just really a home away from home. "David's place was a wonderful base for exploring Girona for the first time! There is really no need for a car, as you are right in the heart of Old Town. So lovely to plan the day while looking out at the birds and the river, to see a festival band pass by in the street below from the back balcony, or watch the lights on the bridges at night. "My husband, son, and I stayed at this apartment for two nights. We loved the location—it is right in the heart of Girona, with the restaurants and cafes literally at your doorstep. The apartment was very comfortable, and all of the basic needs were provided. The listing is accurate, as there is not a separate living room, but it really isn't needed because you have all the restaurants and cafes right there. We would stay here again."
