"Excellent customer service and support. We arrived late and the host kept in touch with us at all time and gave us very detailed instructions , for any questions she was available at any time. Instructions easy to understand but still the host took her time to explain The place is very clean, well decorated, spacious, excellent ventilation with enough supplies and well equipped. The place is in a nice, clean, quiet neighborhood. Both bathrooms with more than enough supplies and big. Overall it...

"Wonderful quiet 3 night stay, I am very happy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only two small points that I would have liked to improve during my stay: 1. The hairdryer in the room was very weak and shut down three times while I was drying my hair. 2.Hair conditioner is not provided with the shampoo. But that shouldn't overshadow the good impression the hotel left on me. Overall, that shouldn't overshadow the good impression the hotel left on me. I leave those points here, because there's still room for improvement :)"
