"We have stayed at this property previously, and the room was awesome, with plenty of room, very quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately, this time the room we had (on the same floor but in different area) was not good. We heard every noise from neighboring rooms at all hours of the night so that was disappointing and disruptive, but it won't stop us from staying there again in the future if the opportunity arises."

"The staff are one of the greatest features of this hotel. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The room was large and the bathroom was very modern. The rooftop bar is incredible with unparalleled views of the cathedral. There are a few areas in the room where the paint could use a touch-up but otherwise everything was in perfect condition. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit."
