"Staff and public areas were excellent and very comfortable. Unfortunately the grounds are in need of TLC which is a shame. The hire of a skip for a day to remove all the rubbish and fishing debris would help. The bedroom accommodation needs a lot of paintwork and updating. I've slept in more comfortable beds in Premier Inns! Housekeeping was a bit erratic. The quality of the food at breakfast was mediocre. However it's perfect for dogs and the staff were great."

"The "my motel" is a cosy wee place that's very close to Paisley Canal Rail station. There is always staff available if you need anything throughout the day & night. 'My Motel' also has a Shell garage station that's opened 24 hours so if you need anything late hour's in the night then it's handy. "

"A nice property in a central location in the city center. We found the staff (front desk and lounge) very friendly and helpful. Parking (paid) is directly behind the hotel. Rooms were clean. "

"My room was cosy, had tea and coffee making facilities, a warm, clean and comfortable bed, a heater if i needed it and a wonderful view. The shower wasnt the best but the water from the sink was always hot. The staff were friendly and helpful."
