"we had a fabulous few days at this property. It had everything we needed, it was all so well thought out you could see a great deal of experience and care was taken to make the guests feel as much at home as possible. "We had a fantastic stay at Casa Ana. Ana was great with communication. The villa was extremely clean and looked nicer than the photos. It had everything you needed to cook. You climb one flight of stairs to reach two bedrooms (one with an en suite bath); climb another flight, and you’re at the living-dining-kitchen area (with another bathroom); one more flight to the “penthouse” bedroom (again with its own bathroom!) and balcony. "We decided to stay at this location with our large family of 8. Unfortunately, the entire house smelled of gutter and we saw several roaches. The first night, we had to kill them ourselves. I have photo proof. They proceeded to spray the first floor with pesticide and the extra folks had to cram into the two rooms that didn’t have roaches and clean up the dead bugs and roaches ourselves. The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back.
