Welcome to this lovely apartment ideal for 6 guests where you can enjoy your well-deserved vacation in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. It is located in a nice complex with a shared pool and a playground for the little ones.

The property's exterior is perfect for enjoying the communal pool or the lawn area while sunbathing or chatting with friends. Children can have fun in the garden play area. Once inside the apartment, guests have access to a covered terrace, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the area.

Situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment boasts a simple and bright interior. The living dining room is equipped with a Smart TV, and there's also a table and stools by the window connecting to the kitchen. The kitchen features a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. Additionally, there's a washing machine, iron, and ironing board available. As for sleeping arrangements, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, the second with two single beds, and the third with a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate two people. A second bathroom, also with a bathtub, is located in the hallway. Please note that no cot or high chair is provided.
