Everything about this hotel is luxurious, from the heated flooring, fresh breakfast platter, super comfortable rooms, to sitting outside watching the sunset drinking locally made wines. It genuinely is 10/10 and the staff are also pure class. We were sad to leave but will definitely have it on our revisit list."

"Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable priced, payable with touch credit card. Check-in was very easy, there is a touch screen at entrance (multiple language options) and once I did input my name, all details came up as booked with Expedia, confirmed it and then two room cards came out of the slot - and that’s it! Super easy, no fuss at all. Checkout is just to put the room cards into the checkout box, again easy and convenient. "

"We had a wonderful stay here! The staff and hotel were truly exceptional. Our only suggestion for improvement is the air conditioning in our room, which struggled to cool below 25 degrees. This made it challenging for our 10-month-old baby to sleep comfortably at night. However, this didn't detract from our overall experience. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you to the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!"
