Short stay in the Black Forest
very clean one floor apartment , somewhat dated but an excellent location for exploring the majesty of the Black Forest and nearby Freiberg. Accommodating and gracious hosts despite the language barrier. Would have no hesitation in returning for another stay.

Black Forest Bliss
Sankt Margen is a great place to stay to explore the majesty and beauty of the Black Forest mountains. The flat was perfect for us as a family of three, making a great base for us to explore. The views form the garden are spectacular, and very welcome after a day's hiking.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich. Dank ihrer Insidertipps war unser Urlaub noch besser als erwartet! Von der Terrasse aus konnten wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Die Aussicht war noch besser als auf den Fotos. Per Bus und Bahn (in der Gästekarte enthalten) konnten wir alle Ziele erreichen, z. B. Schauinsland, Freiburg, Titisee

Sehr gepflegte, saubere Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber
Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in einer schönen, sehr zentral gelegenen FeWo. Alle Geschäfte und Restaurants / Cafes in St. Märgen sind auf kurzem Fussweg erreichbar. Die Küche ist vollständig mit neuwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und gingen auch auf unsere Sonderwünsche ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Sehr gerne wieder
St. Märgen ist ein kleines Örtchen, in dem man aber vom Fleischer über Bäcker und einen kleinen Landmarkt wirklich alles finden kann. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Familie Loks ist sehr freundlich und hatte auch viele Tipps für unsere Ausflüge. Es war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge. Und wenn man abends heim kann, erwartete uns ein wundervoller Sonnenuntergang, den wir auf der Terrasse anschauen konnten.

Schöne FeWo mit Garten
Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in der FeWo in der nix fehlt was man im Urlaub benötigt. Toll war auch die Gartennutzung mit Terrasse und Tischtennisplatte. Familie Loks ist sehr nett und hilft gerne mit Tipps zu Ausflügen. Der meiste Strassenverkehr biegt vorher ab sodass es trotz der Durchgangsstrasse verhältnismäßig leise ist. Parkmöglichkeit ca. 100m entfernt, Halten vor dem Haus ist möglich. Beide Schlafzimmer gehen zum Garten raus von dem man einen tollen Blick über die Berge und Täler hat. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Südschwarzwaldes per PKW. ÖPNV-Anbindung zwar in 150m vorhanden, muß aber aufgrund geringer Taktfrequenz gut geplant werden.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und fantastische Sonnenungergänge
Es war alles perfekt, von der schnellen Reservierungsbestätigung über den freundlichen Empfang, der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung und den bequemen Betten. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten mit Terrasse bietet einen fantastischen Blick über das Rheintal bis hin zu den Vogesen und man kann bei tollen Sonnenuntergängen den Abend ausklingen lassen. Der Ortskern mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und guten Gaststätten ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A lovely experience
Gisela and her family were very friendly and welcoming and it was a pleasure to meet them. The apartment was very comfortable with a beautiful view and the house is in an excellent position in the town with many restaurants close by. Also many lovely areas to visit within a good driving distance. The house is on a bus route and close to tourist information. We would certainly stay with them again in the future.

Wunderbare Auszeit!
Hier haben wir uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt! Vom herzlichen Willkommen durch die Vermieter bis zur großartigen Aussicht über die Höhen des Schwarzwaldes war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, wenn doch einmal etwas fehlt, hilft die Vermieterin gerne aus. Die Lage ist genial, von St. Märgen aus kann man ohne Nutzung des Autos herrliche Wanderungen machen. Aber auch mit dem ÖPNV (im Mietpreis ist eine Touristenkarte für die Nutzung von Bus und Bahn mit inbegriffen) kann man schnell an die Hotspots des Schwarzwaldes - Freiburg, Titisee, Schluchsee, Ravenna-Schlucht etc. - gelangen. Und an Tagen, an denen man wandermüde ist, lädt das idyllische Waldbad zum Faulenzen ein... Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und erkunden die weitere Umgebung. Herzlichen Dank den ausgesprochen freundlichen Vermietern!!

Angenehme Wohnatmosphäre an bester Lage und nette Vermieter
Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Familie Loks in St. Märgen war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, sie hat einen guten Grundriss und ist absolut bestens ausgerüstet, um alleine, als Paar oder mit Kindern seine Ferien dort zu verbringen. Die Aussicht aus Badezimmer und den Schlafzimmern ist spitze und die Tatsache, dass die Strasse vor der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer verläuft, stört überhaupt nicht. So gibt aus z.B. den Schneeräumer zu sehen oder ab und an ein paar Passanten :-). Die Vermieter, Familie Loks, sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Für uns kam betreffend die Lage in St. Märgen begünstigend hinzu, dass für die Kinder die Waldau-Lifte und der Thurner-Lift zum Skifahren sehr nahe liegen, wo es auch Skikurse gibt. Wir würden die Wohnung also unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Maximale Punktzahl!!!
