"Excellent location slap bang in the centre. Excellent breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices. Room was small but comfortable bed. Well kitted our room but could have done with some coat hooks. Main issue was that room was not cleaned every day and even had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out. Attention to detail would have helped, such as leaving the outside light on so i could get my key in the lock. Staff polite but not welcoming. As a solo traveller I would have welcomed a little...

"All employees at this hotel was very kind and helpful all the time, clean hotel room and everything was very good. They have really the best burger!! Perfect location to cruise around the area. However, there was this one lady at breakfast buffet who was very inhospitable and unkind. She was not competent with the hotel rules. She charged full price for a breakfast cappuccino, which should’ve been 50% reduced. She even complained to the customers (us), that we wanted to pay for the coffee with...

"Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Biebernheim. Das Haus ist sehr schön, bestens ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Steffi ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Das Check-In und die Kommunikation waren unkompliziert. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Auch die Lage des Hauses auf der Hochebene über dem Rhein hat uns sehr gefallen. Wanderungen vom Haus aus sind sehr gut möglich. Wir werden unseren Urlaub in bester Erinnerung behalten. Noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön!"
