Completely renovated with a new bathroom, kitchen and new furniture, the flat offers the best conditions for a perfect family holiday in the middle of nature. Around 125 kilometres of well-signposted hiking trails lead through the region and also connect Sankt Englmar to the various long-distance hiking trails such as the Baierweg or the Goldsteig. The four "thousand metre" mountain peaks, the Pröller, the Hirschenstein, the Knogl and the Predigtstuhl offer magnificent views across the Bavarian Forest. The Wald-Wipfel-Weg in Maibrunn is also an experience that hikers with a head for heights should not miss out on. At a height of 30 metres and a length of 350 metres, the wooden path leads through the treetops with wonderful views and also offers unique information about the local flora and fauna on a nature trail.
