Unit 101 was completely rebuilt and re-furnished from the ground up, completed in April 2024. If you've stayed here before, you'll appreciate the redesigned, larger kitchen with much more storage and counter space, a pantry with pull outs, gleaming stainless appliances and the new open-plan layout. If you're new to this unit, you should be pleasantly surprised by the modern and comfortable furnishings, the well-stocked kitchen including toaster oven, dual function coffee maker (coffee pot and single K cups), the kitchen tools and gadgets you'd have at home including a slow cooker. Lounge or dine al fresco on the 24 ft. long screened lanai with table, chairs and two chaise loungers, or linger in the expanded and very private primary bedroom suite with walk-in closet, sitting area and desk. The primary bath now features a walk-in shower as well as more counter and drawer space for your convenience. NO PETS

In the living room TV cabinet, you'll find games, books and cozy throws for your enjoyment. With ceiling fans in every room and two fans on the screened lanai, there is good lighting throughout the unit and there's always a breeze if you want it. Unit 101 features new oversized flat screen Smart TVs: 65" (LR) and two 55" (BR) with Direct TV and there is included Wi-Fi from an all-new high speed fiber internet network.

Comfort and amenities like you're at home, light and bright like you'd expect on a beach vacation, this apartment is conveniently positioned on the first floor. You're just steps from the pool, parking and the beach. Enjoy the serene view of the banana trees and exotic plant garden with the pool and gulf beyond, through the two new, 108" sliders.

We're located in a beautiful neighborhood that's ideal for strolling and bicycling. Bicycles are available for rent onsite. Golf, tennis and pickleball are available nearby and our onsite office staff is here to assist with local resources. Gas grills and laundry facilities are available onsite.

Great beach Condo

The condo was spacious and had all the amenities. They do need more chairs by the pool area. The only other thing that needs to be addressed is the AC unit couldn't be set below 74 and on the hotter days it was too warm for sleeping. I'm just glad we weren't renting in the hot months. It would have been unbearable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

We had a lovely visit. We loved the property and how close it was to the beach. It was clean and quiet. There was a broken hair dryer in the master bath and the tub drain was very slow. It may have been nice to have salt and pepper there. Other than that we loved it and would recommend others to stay.

Great Vacation Spot!
We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was exactly as described on the listing and the customer service was top notch...from the wonderful women who work in the office to the very helpful property manager to having bikes and beach towels and beach chairs available to the inclusion of key basics like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. We would 100% stay here again!

Nice condo with nice amenities
We used VRBO to rent this property. The process was very smooth. We had a ground level unit which was great for my mom, but there was also an elevator for the upper floors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some extra amenities with the condo that were appreciated such as beach umbrellas and chairs. The property sits right on the beach, so it was just a short walk to the beach from our unit. We would stay here again.

A lovely stay
This was our second time staying at Siesta Sanibel and we love everything about it. This particular condo had nice updates, and was great. Our only complaints would be that there were only 2 working beach chairs and 1 working umbrella that were all pretty dated, and we had 4 adults. The beach chairs were old and rusted as was the umbrella so they could all use updating. The other negative was the blender didn’t work which caused a few messes and a waste of food. We rented bikes for 3 days from the condos, which they gave us half off and we realized why — everyone just uses the bikes at their own will because everyone knows the lock combo so you could never guarantee your bikes would be there from day to day. It felt like with that system they should just include the bikes with your stay instead of charging. Overall it was a good stay, you’re in paradise after all.

Very comfortable accommodations! Loved the screened in area where we ate most of our meals. The office staff are very sweet and helpful. The pool is wonderful and it was nice to have beach toys and chairs to use on the beach. Will be coming back for sure!!!!

The proximity to the beach was the absolute best part of the stay. We went to the beach every single day. The amenities were great with a pool, laundry, and full kitchen. The beach chairs were also very nice to have as well. There were two things I would recommend for the unit. One is that when we arrived, it was pretty musty, and this aggravated both myself and my partners allergies. I would recommend regular cleaning of the air filters in the AC unit. Secondly, on the sliding glass doors, the stickers are helpful, however it is still very hard to tell if the door is open or not. My partner has diminished eye sight in his left eye and walked right into the glass with his martini. I would recommend a colorful sticker for the sliding glass doors as this would be helpful for those with poor eyesight. Otherwise, the unit was great and we had a wonderful time and would stay at in your unit again in the future. Thank you, Colton
