The Space:
Located directly off of West Gulf Drive on a highly coveted and tranquil street known as Sawgrass Lane, guests will enjoy lush landscaping and tropical grounds with the sounds of songbirds, seagulls, and other beach wildlife commonplace in the yard of this home. With deeded private beach access less than 500 feet from your front door, guests will also enjoy unparalleled access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters of the esteemed West Gulf Drive neighborhood of Sanibel Island. Custom designed and built in an antebellum plantation style, this home features multiple living areas and wrap around porches (screened and unscreened) across it's living levels, a breezeway filled with magical lighting, an entertainment room, separate two bedroom wing inside the home that can be closed off from the remainder of the home, and staircases on both sides of the home that meet at the pool.
The five bedrooms are equipped with the following sleeping configurations: King in master, King in guest 1, King in guest 2, King in guest 3, two single beds in guest 4, and a sleeper sofa in the den/entertainment room. The total sleeping capacity of this home is 12 guests. This luxury residence will be perfect for those traveling with large families or even traveling with multiple families or groups, occupying the residence for the entire duration of their trip or separately throughout the course of their rental. As a pet friendly rental, we welcome guests with furry friends, provided they request approval from us before booking. We do have restrictions around size and breed, so please do check with us before booking to ensure your pet(s) is/are qualified.
