Welcome to Blue Heron, a serene 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat nestled in the Beach View Estates Golf Community off Middle Gulf Drive. This beautifully updated ground-level home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, just minutes from Sanibel’s renowned shelling beaches. Stroll along lush paths for a leisurely 15-minute walk to the Gulf’s soft white sands, or take advantage of the private beach parking for a quicker trip.

Blue Heron is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The home’s screened-in patio features a large heated lap pool, BBQ grill, and ample seating, all overlooking the peaceful Sanibel River. Watch tropical birds play along the water as you soak up the island atmosphere. Inside, the open-concept living and dining area invites you to unwind, complete with a 65 -inch flat-screen TV and a smart speaker.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

The master suite offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main guest bedroom has two twin beds, and a nearby bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A separate guest quarters provides additional privacy with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

This home comes fully equipped with everything you need for a stress-free vacation, including high-speed internet, beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon cart. With 1,732 square feet of newly updated living space, Blue Heron is ideal for families or small groups seeking a peaceful island getaway.
