A beautiful gulf view unit, done in soothing cream, green & yellow colors. The furnishings are beach cottagesque with a King bed in the master bedroom and a twin and a queen in the guest. There is also a sleeper sofa in the ample sized Living Room. The unit features 2 TVs.  The kitchen is fully equipped and updated with white, raised panel cabinets, new white appliances and solid surface tops with bar stools at the counter. The bright colored patio furniture is comfortable and a close view to the beach. This is a "pet friendly" property and the owner will allow you to bring your family dog for an additional fee (weight limitations please check with Island Vacations). Dwelling License RDWL-008288. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW CATS. PLEASE NOTE: NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CONDO, ON PATIOS OR ANY COMMON AREAS OF PROPERTY. Unit is located 3rd Floor

Our family had a great stay here. The condo is very well equipped in the kitchen as well as with beach equipment. We loved the lanai and enjoyed having both a couch and a table with chairs. The ocean view is wonderful and the beach is spectacular- we found many shells and even found some lightning whelks, though they were still occupied so we had to put them back. The decor is lovely and fresh. The A/C works well (it was hot outside during our stay) and the beds are comfortable. Lots of kinds of pillows to choose from, which I love as a pillow snob. The folks at Island Vacations were very responsive. All around great experience. We would love to stay here again.
