Luxury 3 bedroom ground level condo at Pointe Santo de Sanibel one of the premier and most highly sought after condominium complexes on Sanibel Island. It is nestled amidst swaying palm trees directly on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It is the only complex on Sanibel offering lounge chairs on the beach as well as pool side. The location on the coast contributes to an uncrowded stay. It is centrally located on West Gulf Dr for easy access to all island resources. Local management is onsite to assure continued quality throughout your stay.


Our unit has been 100% renovated; EVERYTHING, from the furniture to the appliances and even the infrastructure is brand new, having been fully rebuilt after hurricane Ian. The ground floor provides 'walk out' access to the lagoon, pool, and beach. Broad views include the spring-fed lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. The main bedroom, living room, kitchen and lanai share these views.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SANIBEL ISLAND, AND POINTE SANTO, ARE STILL RECOVERING FROM HURRICANE IAN OF 2022. OUR UNIT IS COMPLETELY NEW AND REMODELED AND IS IN PERFECT CONDITION, HOWEVER YOU SHOULD ONLY BOOK WITH FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING. MUCH OF THE ISLAND IS GREEN, BUT IN SOME AREAS THE FOLIAGE ON THE ISLAND IS STILL GROWING BACK, SOME SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS HAVE NOT YET REOPENED, AND, AT POINTE SANTO, NOT ALL AMENITES ARE YET FULLY AVAILABLE. THE GROUNDS ARE STILL NEEDING EXTENSIVE RE-LANDSCAPING, THE CLUBHOUSE IS YET TO BE REPLACED, AND THERE MAY BE SOME CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN THE COMPLEX. SOME SHORT TERM INTERRUPTIONS, SUCH AS POOL CLOSURES, CAN OCCUR AT TIMES. Also, see the notes below about our pictures. The interior of our unit has been totally renovated for expansive views and designer decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style. EVERYTHING is brand new. In addition to brand new central A/C, we have ceiling fans in all bedrooms so you can set a comfortable temperature in each room. PLEASE NOTE that the pictures of our unit in this listing do reflect the new furnishings HOWEVER the photos of the grounds of Pointe Santo are not current, but are reflective of the planned landscaping which will be implemented over the coming months. The tennis courts and pickleball courts are complete, and the office has rackets and paddles to lend.

It is a wonderful base for adults and children alike to explore Sanibel's beautiful shelling beaches, nature preserves, waterfowl, fishing, golf courses, bicycle paths, live theater, shops and boutiques.

Excursions for deep-sea fishing and kayak/canoe/bike rentals, golf and the Sanibel Recreation Center are close by as are the island's delicious restaurants and lovely boutiques and galleries. The Sanibel Farmers' Market held on Sundays from 9-1 is not to be missed. Pick up fresh morning baked goods, the night's dinner, or veggies and fruit for a week.

An unique feature of Pointe Santo is its supervised children’s program, available during certain seasons.

You are never far from all the island conveniences with a gas station, grocery store and pharmacy less than a mile away, but at Pointe Santo, you are millions of miles away from hustle and bustle.

Wonderful Stay
We enjoyed our time at Pointe Santo so much! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6. We drank coffee on the lanai every morning overlooking the beautiful view and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We had an amazing time riding bikes and shelling on the beach. We are already looking forward to going back!

We had a great time in Sanibel at the condo. Priced below our other family members condos snd was much nicer. The condo had all we needed and good amount of beach chairs umbrellas and other items for a all included stay at the beach. I would come back again!

Wonderful week!
We had everything we needed prior to our visit and while we were in Sanibel. The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved the location (first floor and view of lake and horizon) and the wildlife in the property! We played on the beach, at the pool, on the pickle ball courts, took lots of bike rides, and had a fantastic week!

Great getaway on Sanibel
Our family of 4 needed a quick getaway from the cold. Pointe Santo was a great location on the beach. It was conveniently located near all our planned activities like paddle boarding, fishing and a dolphin excursion. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! The ground floor location made for easy access to the beach and pool. The owners quickly responded to all our questions and provided many suggestions for places to eat.

Point santo is beautiful!
Great location on Sanibel. I think this unit has the best view of the property and ocean. Its perfect to be on the ground level for easy access to pool and beach. Very close to Baileys which was perfect for grabbing groceries as we needed them. Owner supplies chairs and umbrellas for beach which was appreciated. The unit is very quiet - we didnt hear a peep from any neighbors. Updated kitchen was nice with everything you need.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo. Couple of suggestions: Could not find a broom or vacuum on site. Would have liked to have swept and/or vacuumed during stay. Also, some sharper knives for cutting fruits and veggies would be helpful. Everything else was perfect! Will come again.

The location and hosts were very accommodating. However, the floors left our feet dirty, we had to buy TP, dishwasher detergent and trash bags. Also, the AC didn’t ever cool the 2 spare bedrooms. But the pool and beach were great and the location was what we hoped.

Perfect in every way!
The property was even more beautiful than the pictures show. The condo was spacious, spotless clean with every amenity and detail you would have from home and more. Beds were comfortable with the freshest of linens. Vew was beautiful and so relaxing on the lanai with a cool beverage in the afternoon. I stayed with my son and his wife along with a 5yr old snd 19 month. Super comfortable, beautifully appointed! I will definitely want to stay at this condo again next time. Thank you to our hosts for being so thoughtful about every little detail.

Great condo, great location.
We stayed in March with 6 family members and were very pleased with the accommodations. The first floor location made it very easy to access the courtyard with a lovely view of the pond and the beach and Gulf just past it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well appointed (although it’s probably time to replace the large frying pan). We particularly enjoyed our time on the screened-in porch which had all the right furniture. The location was ideal, with easy access to bike paths, shopping, and wildlife areas. The well-maintained gas grills in the patio area were another nice touch. We were also pleased to find plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available for our use.

Spring Break Vacation
First time on Sanibel, and we loved it! Not only the Island itself, but the condo where we stayed. This unit was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had all we needed - plus extras, like beach chairs and umbrellas(we’ve always had to bring our own)! Also, the complex has multiple gas grills that were cleaned daily by the staff there (my husband loved this part!). We received a very thorough information packet via email from the owners prior to our arrival, which was helpful. We had one small issue with dishwasher, but it was handled quickly by maintenance and we also received a call from the owner. We would stay here again! All in all, was a wonderful, beautiful week!

Great vacation at Pointe Santo
My wife and I plus our 2 sons (ages 20 and 16) plus one girlfriend recently returned from our first visit to Sanibel Island. From our initial contact to departure I have nothing but great things to say about the owners and our condo at Pointe Santo. The condo was spotless and well appointed. There were plenty of beach items (towels, chairs, umbrella - even a tent) and the location was super convenient. Most days I used the grills located just yards from our condo for a quick lunch. Recently a pair of bald eagles have begun nesting just across the road from the Pointe Santo complex and I was blessed to see an eagle swoop down and take a fish from the lagoon less than 50' from me while I was grilling! That was a highlight I never expected. Sanibel, the beach and this condo were were very enjoyable. The only downside I can come up with is the week flew by too fast!

Great condo for a family
We have been to Sanibel 5 times. This is our second stay at Pointe Santo but first time in C5. It is a wonderful condo and very well equipped. The kitchen has every needed accessory including scissors which we are always needing while on vacation to open various packages and cut off tags to t-shirts and other sundries. This condo has a wonderful nautical theme and it is well maintained. We have 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 14, 11, 7). We appreciated the extra space and the teenager enjoyed having his own room away from his sisters. We would rent it again if and when we return to Sanibel. BTW, the alligator had vacated Pointe Santo (temporarily) and went to some other fresh water location (per maintenance man). We've never had a problem with gators on Sanibel but I wouldn't get close to one if I saw it!

Sunshine and Nature
We traveled with our children and grandchildren to share the beauty of Sanibel lsland. We have visited Sanibel twice before more than ten years ago. This property had a much better view, location, and space. There was something special for each age group. There is types of wild life right on property and a close by wildlife refuge that we road our bike to. The ground floor level made it easy walk to the pool and beach. All the needed beach supplies were available and were used. I enjoyed the lounge chairs in the late afternoon in shade of the palm trees. We all spent time at the beach shelling and swimming and the grandchildren really enjoyed the pool and smoothies at the snack bar. They made many friends and plans to return next year with their new friends. We were close to great bike paths, restaurants and shopping. This three bedroom unit was a perfect size for seven of us. The kitchen was large and plenty of sitting areas. We look forward to returning.

We stayed at C5 from the 5th – 18th November and found the Condo to be very comfortable, well furnished and in a fantastic location.We found the nautical interior fascinating and very topical.Point Santo is one of the very few complexes that has direct access to the sea and sun beds actually on the shore. To be able to walk out the door and within 50 yds be on the beach was fantastic. To walk up and down the beach sunbathing with the ability to spot and collect interesting sea shells a very pleasant pastime indeed.To have a resident alligator in the lake right outside the door was somewhat of an interesting novelty.The weather was beautiful in November being around 80 the whole period with just two cloudy days.Sanibel is a place to die for. No commercialisation, no McDonalds or Burger King and no street lights. Everything is controlled by a very caring community that makes the island a tropical oasis full of tranquillity and style.Would only comment that the condo claims high speed internet. There is if you take your own laptop with wireless access. The PC in the condo runs on windows 98 and has seen better daysIan Sanders

Pointe Santo C5 was on point! We loved Sanibel!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Robert and Kassie's condo. The condo location was perfect - so close to Tarpon Bay Road and all the bike trails, we even ran to the Sunday farmers market. The condo complex is impeccably well kept, quiet and has a great beach and pool. The parking was super easy and close to the condo entrance, we love the first floor location too because it was super easy to make our way out to the beach/pool with our young kids - it's literally a 2 min walk to the most gorgeous beach I've ever stayed directly on. The condo itself was in good shape, could use a coat of paint here and there, a larger cutting board, and a few extra packets of laundry soap, etc. and maybe some condiments (the fridge was 100% cleaned out which depending on your preference is good or bad - ketchup/mustard/mayo would have been nice haha). Had a few ants in the pantry but no big deal. The beds were fairly comfortable, not the greatest but definitely good enough for a week stay - I would recommend the cleaning service make the beds with a blanket (not just the sheet and the bedspread). Space was ample for a family of 4 (two adults, two kids), we enjoyed eating at the island in the kitchen. The included beach chairs and umbrellas were great but we were bummed no one had left any beach toys for the kids, that's ok though, like others we bought some and took them home with us. The beach towels were great too and in plentiful supply. The washer and dryer were loud but totally functional. Overall I would definitely return to this condo - we loved Sanibel - staying in May was perfect - hot and sunny but not too busy. The shelling was great - one night we found at least 6 fighting conchs on the beach and my son even found a huge conch shell that had been stuck in the sand awhile - he dug it up at low tide! The restaurants were a bit monotonous but all decent - by the end we were craving spicy - there is no Thai food on the island lol. We enjoyed all the ice cream shops and tried almost all of them. We also really liked Jerry's market for grocery staples (and they have a Redbox machine for DVD rentals) and we liked the coffee at Bailey's. I can't wait to return to Sanibel - my kids are begging us to go back!

Incredible location, beautiful accommodations—like paradise!
We just returned from our Thanksgiving week in Sanibel and it was officially amazing. The Pointe Santo development is PERFECT for families and this condo was in a prime location. Looking out the back patio was like looking at paradise, the palm trees and pond and ocean...wonderful. The first floor location meant we walked on minute straight out the back and down the path to the very nice heated pool and hot tub, then another 30 seconds to the immaculate beach! Our kids were in heaven. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella every day when we set up camp on the sparsely uncrowded beach to spend hours looking for shells, building sandcastles, and swimming in the ocean. Sometimes the water was clear enough to see the bottom! Great for finding hundreds of sand dollars on the sandbar. And we spotted dolphins every day, so close to the shore. We went back and forth from beach to pool all day every day, only stopping to grab an ice cream a the the club house (located right next to the pool) or help our kids (4 and 8) participate in the fun crafts run by the kids club coordinator. They even had kids movie night on Wednesday! While clearly location is key here, the condo itself is really lovely. It was sparkling clean when we arrived, there were plenty of towels, beach towels, dish soap, toilet paper, even paper towels. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with very decent knives (I am a chef and usually bring my own, not necessary here!), plenty of plates, sliver-ware, and the plastic cups were amazing—there was even a food processor!—and everything is updated. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge, other two rooms a nice size with plenty of space for our kids in one and my parents in the other. The access to the condo from the assigned parking space is very easy and we had bikes delivered right outside. It's a 10 minute bike ride (5 minute drive) to the grocery store, movie theater, and plenty of restaurants including Doc Ford's, 10 more to the shell museum, which I highly recommend. What a beautiful, safe, and laid back place to spend a week! Tips: bring bug spray that specifically lists "no-see-ums", they were pretty bad while we were there. There were no sand toys so we grabbed a couple buckets and shovels on our way in from the airport—we left them for future renters! I'm so glad we found this condo, it made our holiday incredible. I have family near by and they loved coming to visit us for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kassie & Robert!

Island Heaven
One of my favourite places on earth is Sanibel and usually go every couple of years. On this occasion it was for my daughters wedding. So we are familiar with the island. This was my first stay at Pointe Santo though. Loved the location, loved the condo. Great views and well maintained property. Loved it
