The Space:
This exclusive residence is a three bedroom, two bath, home located within The Sanibel Marina. The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite balcony and bathroom access. Bathroom features walk in shower, dual vanities, and a large walk in closet.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed overlooking back yard. Shares bathroom with third bedroom that features dual vanities and a shower/tub combo.
Third Bedroom: Queen bed overlooking marina. Shares bathroom with second bedroom that features dual vanities and a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire residence (located on second floor of home, the first floor is storage), one of the two garages (the garage on the right if looking at house from road), and community pool and tennis court.. Guests also have access to two bikes during their stay.

This house is located within The Sanibel Marina, on Sanibel Island's historic and prestigious East End.
Getting Around:
We recommend bikes or a rental golf cart or Moke. There is a rental company, The Moke and Cabana Club, located directly across the marina from this house where guests can pick up a golf cart or Moke. Please contact The Moke and Cabana Club for more info.
