The master suite is distanced from the guest suites of the property, making the layout ideal for larger groups that desire a central social area but bedrooms with ample spacing from one another. The bedroom configuration is as follows:
Primary Bedroom: King bed, with en suite bathroom featuring soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, access to hallway bathroom featuring walk in shower and dual vanities
Guest Bedroom 2: Great convertible room can be a bedroom or home office. Queen Murphy bed, access to hallway bathroom featuring walk in shower and dual vanities

It is located directly on the Beachview golf course overlooking the 14th hole. It features a deeded beach access located only steps from the home, about 750 yards from front door to sand. The Beachview clubhouse is located just feet from Casa Del Mar. Here guests can participate in tennis and golfing activities.
