The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and large, new Smart TV, dresser and walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed, TV, dresser and closet and there is a full guest bathroom right across the hall. A new queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the living room can sleep additional guests, while the matching love seat offers guests additional seating to watch the new 65-inch LCD Smart TV. Just sign in to use your own streaming services. Basic Cable TV and high speed WiFi are included.
A quick walk gets you to a serene beach where you can catch some sun or collect amazing seashells. Or enjoy the large heated pool.
Cycling, kayaking or paddleboard enthusiasts can contact on-island rental facilities which will deliver the rentals to the complex. Sanibel has dedicated bike paths that run the length of the island.
Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge is a short drive or bike ride away, while CROW Wildlife Hospital and the Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum offer enjoyable educational opportunities for all ages.
Sanibel features eclectic restaurants for all tastes and occasions, many offering a variety of fresh, local seafood.

Amenities throughout the Blind Pass complex, including the pool, tennis and pickleball courts and community grills are available for use by all of our guests. However, the kayaks and tennis/pickleball equipment available in the clubhouse are restricted to use only by guests who’ve booked through the Blind Pass website using the on-site Blind Pass management company. Similarly, the on-site staff in the clubhouse only provides assistance to guests who book through Blind Pass (unfortunately, not VRBO). However, you are welcome to use our pickleball equipment. Kayaks and paddleboards are available for rental from Finnimore's Bike and Beach Rentals or Paddle Board Sanibel.
Ongoing Renovations
This unit was newly updated after Hurricane Ian in 2022, had no damage from the 2024 hurricanes and has had multiple rentals since September 2024. Please note that during your stay, you may encounter disruptions such as noise from work/delivery truck traffic on the property; ongoing renovation work in units; noise/dust from landscaping projects; and noise/dust from construction work on tennis and pickleball courts. Working hours typically are 8am – 4pm during the weekdays.
