Sliding glass doors open to the waterfront lanai where you can enjoy the views, breeze, and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious guest room is perfect for family or friends. All new guest bathroom with shower/tub combination. The large primary has stunning views of the Gulf and an attached all-new bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combination.

Spend your days shelling and sunning at the beach, swimming in the heated pool. Find rare seashells on the beach outside your door. Rent bicycles and explore the island along its 25 miles of safe bike paths, one of which runs right by Pelicans Roost. Don’t miss the birds and alligators at “Ding” Darling Wildlife Refuge, the treasures on display at the Bailey Shell Museum, golf on nearby public courses, shopping in cute boutiques, or dining out on fresh seafood and family-friendly favorites.

Pelicans Roost is a small complex with only 21 units right on the beach. On three sides, it’s surrounded by palms and tropical vegetation, opening to the sparkling white sand beach and gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. It’s close to shopping, restaurants, the bike path, and tiki bars. Large, heated pool, elevator, and 2 large community gas grills. This is the perfect spot for a Sanibel Island vacation.
