SANIBEL IS ALIVE AND WELL, we are totally recovered from the recent hurricanes,

The property has been totally rebuilt due to the damage from Hurricane Ian. EVERYTHIG IS NEW! The pool and grills are new, tennis courts are open. This is a ground floor 1,235 square foot condo that is beautifully decorated. You can walk right out from your screen enclosed lanai to the gardens of the center courtyard and then down to the pool and beach. It features an extra large Screened Lanai, two Bedrooms, two Baths, Great Room, Dining Area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Portions of the complex are still being restored from Hurricane Ian. The vast majority of the work is done.

Everything is new including furniture, 3 new TV’s, new flooring, new bathrooms, new impact windows and doors, new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom is luxurious with a King sized bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds, with new bedding and a beach theme. Electronics include a 55” flat screen TV, a TV in each of the bedrooms, WIFI internet.

This condo has a well stocked kitchen with every small appliance you might need. It also includes beach chairs, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything in.

A heated swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffle board and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities at Loggerhead Cay. Smoking is not permitted within the condo.

Loggerhead Cay is very well maintained, landscaping improvements are underway. It is located on the easily accessible east end of the island, minutes from the Causeway. Once on the island you can access Loggerhead, and its beach, while avoiding the traffic on Periwinkle.

This was our first trip to Sanibel since Ian and we were excited but a little apprehensive too. This rental couldn’t have been any better for our return. Steve checked in with us throughout and we had no problems. The unit is just as pretty as it looks in the listing. Bonus: the shelling and dolphin sightings were spectacular!

Beautiful Condo
We have rented from Steve and Wanda many times and have always found their unit in immaculate condition. Besides being a first floor unit which is great to transport luggage, it is a short walk to the pool or beach. For us, it is the perfect vacation to travel to Sanibel, enjoy the many fine restaurants and just relax and enjoy the beauty of the island.

Fabulous time at Loggerhead Cay
Just returned from a week at Steve's place on Sanibel Island. The unit has everything you could want or need in a condo--comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for the beach and enough room to spread out if you bring kids. It is well located on the island, close to shops and right on the beach. I've been going to Sanibel for 20 years, and I must say that Steve is the most friendly and considerate host I've encountered. Hoping to stay the next time I go south.

Sanibel sanity
Accommodations were new, clean, as advertised, and perfect for the two us. Location was right on the gulf and easy to get to. Plenty of things to do in Sanibel and Ft Meyers. The island is still recovering from the 2022 hurricane but many/most of the businesses are open and eagerly accepting vacationers. Very friendly. We recommend this unit and would gladly return if circumstances permit. Thank you Steve and Wanda.

Just what we expected, great! Our condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. Steve was a perfect host.Even with all the rain we still enjoyed our trip. We loved The Magic Bus. Great latte’s, ice cream & smoothies! We went several times! Jerry’s grocery always everything we need. And Doc Ford’s was delicious! We rented bikes and were able to get several rides in before & after the rain. We can’t wait to return to see more progress on our fave island. Thank you Steve & Wanda for your beautiful condo!
