"No check in information was provided. No one answered when I rang the contact number. Luckily a maintenance person was passing and he helped. The room smelt of cigarette and the maintenance guy tried to say it was the air freshener he used. In fact I think it may have been that they allowed smoking right outside the windows of the room. Things got worse then, even though my booking was clearly for a comfort room with double bed and sofa bed for my son they setup the room for 2 adults. I know I...

"We stayed on this B&B for a couple of night. The B&B is well located like 10-15 min walking to the Arena. It is not a hotel, is a room very clean, spacious and modern in a residential flat. The breakfast is European style. The only but is that they want to know exactly the time of your arrival for check-in like a week in advance. One window did not have a heavy curtain to keep out the light, so I tried to shut the shutters which did not work. The room had one lightbulb out that never got replaced. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear residents talking in their rooms. 10AM check-out is too early. Location is the best asset. "
