This Welcoming Beauty boasts a KING-BED & a Standard-Size CRIB in the Owner's Suite, a QUEEN-BED in the 2d bedroom & a QUEEN-BED in the 3d Bedroom. The 2d & 3d bedroom will have a white noise machine for your relaxation & comfort.
You will be able to whip up a great meal in the fully-stocked Kitchen, relax in the cozy Living Room, enjoy the comfortable beds, or chill in the shaded backyard.
Guests will enjoy a nice selection of individually-wrapped Folgers coffee, creamer, and a varied selection of tea flavors. Guests will also enjoy the self check-in, check-out & have full access to the entire house except a locked supply closet.
Come stay at this Beautiful Boutique; one minute from Downtown Sanford Historic District and centrally-located to multiple Wedding Venues & Golf Courses!

- NO hosting parties, or events, or get-togethers at the house. Only Guests on the reservation are allowed at the house. Visitors must be pre-approved first. There are cameras front & back to monitor amount of Guests.
- An encompassing Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) is listed under the House Rules Tab. Please read it in its entirety to ensure our property will be the best fit for your stay.
- By proceeding with your booking, you are hereby agreeing that you have fully read the VRA and will abide by it.
