"Stopped in Montepulciano for a wine tasting tour. Found the hotel on Facebook and thought it would be unique. It was situated just off the old town square. It truly was a unique time in the heart of a medieval city. We were thrilled. The hotel was updated unbelievably well and had great decorations. The buffet breakfast was very extensive and was very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend it. "

"The hostess did what she could to fix the issues, but the listing should be made more accurate. It is actually a shared apartment with other renters. The private part is only 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. You can also use a common area that has a table, but it is shared with others staying there. The checkout is actually 10am, not 2pm as listed and a person entered our rooms at 10:30 to start cleaning. The breakfast included is at a train station that you need to drive to but without parking. "After pay my reservation trough Expedia, at checkout the hotel charged me again the full amount. The reason was they don't know how Expedia works (?). Called Expedia for a refund, since this is a double charge, with case # 179185339, they askes dor the evidence od double payment, everything sent properly on time. No answers so far two weeks after case was opened. Bad and expensive experience. "

"This was a great place to stay for two nights in late October and to take out and back day trips by train to Siena and Florence on back-to-back days. Very close to the train station - very convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was small, but good. Highly recommend this location!
