"We loved staying here at Sandy Point. The house was very comfortable, a short walk to the beach and store. We wanted to stay longer, the place had everything we needed, even a backyard koala sighting! We will come back for sure."

"A practical, pleasant and meticulously clean home. The deck is such an asset, and we spent each evening snacking on platters of food, sipping wine and looking out to the bush view. So quiet! The kitchen is well laid out with everything you need. So easy for canine friends as well, all surfaces easy to care for and the deck fenced. The only thing I regret is not booking more time there!"

"The location and the views are incredible, and the house itself is OK, but quite honestly the owner needs to lift the standard of maintenance particularly of the verandah and the furnishings. It doesn't need to be beautiful, but the safety panes on the verandah are loose and feel unsafe, the living room had two broken armchairs whose backs flopped down if you moved them away from the wall, there was a broken blind in the middle of the windows overlooking the main view, and the table and chairs...

"A lovely little beach house with modern amenities. The house was central to all locations so it made it easy to sight see. The beach and main shops are a short walk from the house."

"Our family loved staying at this property. The location is amazing and the house was very comfortable. We loved the mid century feel! Only whinge is that the bbq was not usable, the tyres on the bikes were flat and the pool table fitted into a small box. Having said that we would stay again hopefully they will replace the grill on the bbq"
