"This house comes as advertised. 3 big bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, cold AC and a nice yard. The walking trails behind the house were perfect for the dog. You are a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Hyannis. The kitchen/living room area is a little tight for 8 people but I would definitely stay here again."

It was very clean, spacious, great layout for our 3 different families and each grand was excited that they each got their own bedroom. The pool was a big hit to cool off and the kayaks were a bonus for going out on the pond. The kitchen was well stocked, even a large pot to cook lobsters.
