"We needed a last minute stay for a family event and this served that purpose. It's an attached house on a very busy road with a not heavily used train track out back. The yard was not as pictured and was unusable. The house was mostly quite clean and very spacious. The living room had very little furniture and it was hard to use the room. The parking and location were excellent. The apartment next door was being used and you could hear them a bit. Check in was easy."

"This house comes as advertised. 3 big bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen, cold AC and a nice yard. The walking trails behind the house were perfect for the dog. You are a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Hyannis. The kitchen/living room area is a little tight for 8 people but I would definitely stay here again."

"June 29 - July 6 Our whole family of 10 was very pleased with this house and location. It was very clean, spacious, great layout for our 3 different families and each grand was excited that they each got their own bedroom. The pool was a big hit to cool off and the kayaks were a bonus for going out on the pond. The kitchen was well stocked, even a large pot to cook lobsters.
