19th Hole is a modern, comfortable holiday home perfectly located for exploring on foot the charming historic town of Sandwich which is a short walk from the house and has a wide range of shops, restaurants and cafes, picturesque river, and many historic buildings. 19th Hole is also ideal for golfers with the three championship course of Royal St. George's, Prince's and Royal Cinque Ports just a few minutes drive away, and also for nature lovers who can enjoy the lovely river side, with trips to see the seals. A visit to the Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory is a great family day out, and for the more adventurous, there is the Whitemills Wake & Aqua Park. The house has a sunny sitting room and dining room, modern kitchen and enclosed garden, Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathroom. An added bonus is private off-road parking for two cars, shared with the other two holiday homes – St George’s and Fairway. Neighbouring places well worth a visit, and a short drive away, are the historic medieval City of Canterbury with its iconic cathedral, the fishing town of Whitstable famous for its oysters, and the elegant coastal town of Deal with its long promenade and pier. Or why not leave the car behind and arrive by train as the station is a short walk from the house, and there are easy train links to neighbouring towns. All three houses – 19th Hole, the adjoining property - Fairway, and St George’s can be booked together, ideal for families wanting to holiday together but have their own space as well.
