My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. We didn't have the hotel's breakfast though. The hotel is very convenient for car travellers and the tram stop is only a five minute walk. Thank you - we'll be back!"
