Perfect place
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was right on the water and enjoyed peaceful mornings and evenings watching all the birds and activities. Downtown Sandpoint was in walking distance. We definitely will come stay again.

Great condo, great location!
Booking and check in process was very smooth. The condo had all we needed and more! No central AC, but there are two portable units which do help and were appreciated. Bed was super comfy and so was the pull out with a mattress/blow-up, it was not like regular pull out beds! The location is great, 5 -10 min walk to down town and beach, two pools that were not busy at all and right on the lake! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Loved the early morning sky, mix of clouds mostly sunny in June
Well stocked and supplied. Extremely Comfortable. Beautiful sunrises. Train noise was a little surprising as it is so constant, day and night. Great location and easy to walk to town or through beautiful neighborhoods. Fun to see momma duck with 11 ducklings feeding and floating past.

Sandpoint Lakeview Condo
Excellent location, nice property. Unit was well maintained and equipped. Unit was dated - especially the bathroom which was dimly lit (also had a missing light fixture). Bedroom was nice but window coverings did little to darken the room with a 4:30 sunrise. A/C approach is a little “funky” - requiring movement of free standing A/C units. All that being said was a nice place to stay.
