If you visit during summer, the Pend Oreille River is great for fishing and boating.

On the Bay

The location is good for easy walk into town. No privacy to relax outdoors and enjoy water/views. Strong cigarette smell from another unit in bldg.

Stylish Comfortable home on the water

Our family stayed in this place for 4 nights. The kids slept on the pull out couch and parents in the bedroom. It was enough room for all of us! The kitchen had a nice layout and all amenities needed to cook. There is a BBQ outside on the patio with a great view of the water and boat docks. The kids really liked watching the train go by! The green space out back was great for playing with the kids. Neighbors were friendly The place is a shot 5-10 min walk from the main public beach. Even shorter walk to many great restaurants and pubs! Try out Utara brewing for some excellent pints and the best Indian food I've ever had!

Condo with a view of the Lake

Our stay was comfortable Location towards the end of the lake. More like a bay train runs across the lake regularly Would like easier TV access. It was all streaming apps. Not easy for us seniors. All in all, it was just fine.

Great Location

Loved being on the water and the location was great. Within walking distance to just about everything in Downtown and the market. Upgrades to the condo was nice and very clean. Would stay again. Only suggestion is it is difficult to locate the door when you get to the building. Should provide more direction. Would defineltely stay again.

Great location, great property!

Clean, well-maintained property. Apartment has everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is well-stocked, had all you need for meal prep. Appreciated having access to a washer and dryer with all essentials included. We will return for sure!

Loved the decor, location in a neighborhood close to shopping and right on the river. Beautiful views and really cute town. It was unseasonably hot and the condo was a little uncomfortable even with fans and open windows. Train noise right across the river lasted all day and night. Bed was hard. Not enough bedding for the futon.

Sandstone gem!

Beautiful, modern and clean place at the great location. We enjoyed our stay! Swimming in the lake/river from the dock in front from the apartment was a bonus. Downtown of Sandstone was just a few minutes walking through a very quit neighborhood.
