"I had the pleasure of staying at Parterre Self Catering Apartments 28 years ago, and I was delighted to see that the apartments have been significantly upgraded since then. They were exceptionally clean, and the hosts left a lovely surprise gift for us upon our arrival. "We had a lovely stay, plenty of room. A bonus having a separate toilet. But the bathroom and toilet room need locks on the doors. Put them high up if you are worried children might lock themselves in. We had to stick a note on the doors when they were in use. Also the cloakroom and one bedroom wardrobe doors had come off the rails. Just a couple of things that need sorting, but it didn’t spoil our stay. Close to Shanklin too, only a short walk. "My family and I stayed at the French Mill Granary for 3 nights. We really enjoyed it. Our teenage daughter slept in the gypsy caravan which she loved. The garden was fabulous (our dog loved to run and discover various parts) and the swing was a hit. Everyone was very helpful giving us ideas about the places we could visit. We really enjoyed the Isle of Wight and staying at the the Granary which is in a very good location to travel around. Thank you"
