"The location was great for our visit and day trips to Heidelberg, Baden-Baden and Strasbourg. It was a very easy drive back to the Frankfurt Airport on our day of depart. The front desk staff were wonderful and on the one occasion we needed assistance with and issue they response was very quick. We would recommend the rental and would stay again in the future. "

"Das gebuchte Zimmer hatte leider ein Problem mit der Elektrik - wir haben direkt bei Check-In zwei andere Optionen (Upgrade) angeboten bekommen. Das Zimmer war schön groß, sauber und gut gelegen. Die Kochutensilien waren sehr spartanisch und nur auf Nachfrage zu erhalten. Grundsätzlich aber absolut zufriedenstellend. Wer nach Heidelberg möchte, sollte den Bus nehmen, welcher in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hotel abfährt. Die Parkkosten in Heidelberg sind leider sehr sehr hoch. "
