We had a perfect communication with our hosts (before, while stay and after). The flat was even bigger than we assumed. Also we had the birthday of one of our children while our stay. "The location is perfect. It's right next to the university and within a short drive to shopping. Oldenburg is a very pleasant town to spend a few days. The house was as described. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and everything else is downstairs. Outside is a large covered patio which was perfect for keeping our bikes dry.
