"Loved our stay here in the blue unit. Perfect size for our group of three adults. Check in was a breeze. Great location on Tasman Peninsula. Host was friendly and helpful. Unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including washing machine. Would highly recommend!!"

Beautifully situated in a perfectly maintained garden with views of Hobart and Mount Wellington, this cosy cottage is within walking distance of many sights and restaurants. "Lovely location, spacious accommodation and instructions for late arrival (9.30pm) were easy to follow. Parking options were unclear and we did a couple of loops around in the dark before parking on the verge opposite our cottage. Once inside we discovered flat batteries in the aircon remote and frozen milk in the fridge. A bit disappointing as we were cold & tired on arrival and a warming tea/coffee would have been lovely. Started the aircon manually. Other than those initial inconveniences we...

"We loved this property due to its close location to the Tasman Peninsula & all that has to offer from a holiday perspective. We also loved the cottage itself - it was very clean, compact with lovely big windows out to the water. We are glad we chose to stay here as it gave us opportunity to explore another area of Tasmania a little more closely."

"The unit was clean, comfortable, warm, well appointed, private and quiet in a lovely location. Lovely deck for meals. Excellent kitchen and lounge. Hazel was a great hostess. We'd definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hobart."

"Lovely stay. Property was immaculate, everything we needed for a short weekend away. Fantastic location with a short walk to everything we needed. "This property presented exactly as in the pictures and description. It was within easy walking distance of many city attractions, with perhaps the best find being the Chowk Hotel which was literally just around the corner and had such friendly service and great Nepalese food. Whilst the property could sleep 7 (at a pinch) it was not comfortable for 3 of us to sit, relax and chat and with only one bathroom and no separate toilet it might become rather awkward with more guests. "

"My husband and I and our Frenchie Cruz, enjoyed our stay. The cottage was comfortable and welcoming and had what need to feel at home. The enclosed garden is lovely and offers a pleasant spot to eny a cup of tea or cold drink. Finding a pet friendly place to stay near Hobart is an absolute bonus!"

"A chandelier of stars above a peaceful getaway cabin. Identical to the photos presented, located on a beautiful piece of land tucked away from the city. Chrissie and Micheal were a delight to communicate with who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome."

"Really enjoyed staying at the Heritage Garden Cottage. The location is brilliant for access to Salamanca Place and all of the excellent eateries close by. It's a heritage area surrounded by gorgeous early Australian architecture and steeped in history. The cottage itself is well appointed and very clean and comfortable plus the garden is divine and has water views. "

"We enjoyed our stay it’s a lovely location with stunning rural view. Beds were comfy & the hot water hot. The geese in the vines kept us amused. We brought our own coffee machine with us but apart from that everything was supplied."
